I've been asked what a Plasma Car is. Well I will add the link here so you can get the scoop from the company. I will tell you that on a cold or rainy day it can be ridden inside. Holly and Wendy have used them as bumper cars. ha
Mike and I have even ridden them! Lots of fun.
